Marsala Chai Pumpkin Bread
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup canned pure pumpkin
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt, nutmeg, ginger & cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup chai tea (make with 1 teaspoon chai tea leaves)
